Frequently Asked Questions

The Standalone Site Monitor sends SMS directly from the site to field technicians and supervisors — no central monitoring centre needed. It includes an escalation matrix: the technician is alerted immediately, and if unresolved after a defined time, the supervisor is automatically notified. Perfect for sites not connected to a NOC/TOC.

The system monitors 4 NO/NC voltage-free alarm contacts. Typical connections: EB (electricity board) failure, Genset failure, Fire alarm, High temperature, and Battery low. Any device with a voltage-free NO/NC output can be connected.

Alarm triggers → immediate SMS to technician. If alarm remains active beyond user-defined time (e.g. 30 minutes) → second SMS to supervisor. Alarm clear SMS is sent automatically to all recipients when the condition resolves. Phone numbers and escalation times configured via Windows software, remotely.
