ICAO Annex 14
230V AC / 48V / 24V DC
Auto Standby Switchover
NMS Fault Alarm
Low Intensity Type B — Dual Voltage Standby with Fault Monitoring
The highest reliability aviation light configuration. When the primary light fails, the standby automatically activates — ensuring continuous ICAO compliance 24×7. Dual voltage input keeps the light on even during mains failure.

FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Two aviation lights connect to a single control panel. Under normal operation, only the primary light runs. When it fails (current drops below 65% of rated or total failure), the control panel automatically switches ON the standby light. A 'light fail' NMS alarm is raised simultaneously via potential-free contacts.
Most LED aviation lights mount LEDs on flat PCB faces, creating 6 or 8 light streaks. Spaceage's unique circular LED mounting achieves fully uniform 360° intensity without secondary optics — meeting ICAO requirements at every horizontal angle. Over 75,000 Spaceage aviation lights are in service across India.
Available in 230V AC, 48V DC, and 24V DC. Dual voltage models (230V AC + 48V DC or 230V AC + 24V DC) ensure the light remains on from the battery bank during mains failure. See the model selection table above for specific model codes.
