How It Works
Intelligent Genset Optimization Logic
The unit optimizes Genset runtime in unmanned shelters by starting the generator only when necessary — either for cooling the shelter or for charging batteries.
AC Mains Priority
- If AC mains is available, the unit bypasses itself
- No unnecessary Genset operation when grid power is present
Temperature Based Control
- Starts Genset when temperature exceeds preset high limit
- Stops Genset when temperature drops to preset low limit
Battery Voltage Protection
- Automatically starts Genset if battery voltage falls below CHARGE ON level
- Keeps running till battery reaches CHARGE OFF voltage
- Prevents deep discharge and extends battery life
Minimum ON Time Override
- User can set minimum Genset running time
- Ensures proper battery charging even in cold weather
